The pricing detailed in our standard price list applies to work carried out within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area Only (excluding Mornington Peninsula south of Frankston). Travel beyond that area may incur a surcharge of $95.00 plus GST per Hour per technician

A fuel surcharge is incorporated into our standard service charge. Given the volatility of fuel costs, we reserve the right to ammend the service charge without notice to accommodate any significant changes to the fuel price.

Labour pricing is quoted for normal working hours (7am-3pm Monday to Friday). Any work carried out beyond those hours may be charged at overtime rates (x 1.5 for weekdays and x2 for weekends. Please note that weekend rates commence at 3pm on Friday)  

If there are restrictions on running Diesel Pump during normal working hours or any other restrictions on access times please let us know before we attend site, so other arrangements can be agreed. If we attend site and are turned away, a Service Charge will be charged ($285.00 plus GST per technician).

If we attend site at the arranged date and time and are unable to carry out the required service by being refused access to site by the client or as a result of any required third party not attending, a service charge of $285.00 plus GST will be charged.

If we are delayed from commencing the agreed services at the agreed time through delay by the client or other required third parties, we reserve the right to apply a charge for waiting time at the rate of $95.00 plus GST per hour or part thereof per technician.

If materials are ordered specifically for approved works and the work order is cancelled by the client prior to the work commencing, any restocking fees or associated freight or delivery charges will be passed on in full.

Any pricing issued without prior attendance to assess the requirements will be issued as estimates subject to inspection and are not provided as fixed quotations.

Any "significant projects" will require the payment of a 50% deposit on placing the order. A "significant project" could include teh replacement of major components, including, but not limited to complete diesel engine, pump, fire pump controller, complete pump set, etc, where the total value of the work exceeds $10,000.00 plus GST.

Quotations are valid for 90 days unless otherwise noted.

Where prices are quoted as “subject to inspection”, the final price may be higher or lower depending on conditions encountered.
